Most of the flag Iris are flowering now, but unfortunately, the rain and some hailstone arrived to-day, the flowers near to the house were ok, but the ones in the open took a bit of damage.

Very nice image Sam, similar problem here with the blossom and flowers taking a bettering from hail. I like the way you have presented this flower well done.
Sam: Thank you for your visit scotia, the weather this year as been out of the ordinary, February and the beginning of march was lovely and sunny, normally its cold, so all the plants in the garden had a good start, but the end of march and April have been a bit undecided and two nights we had a very heavy frost, that destroyed the blossom, on the cherry trees and the wisteria.
